생태학적관점에서 도시를 접근해 볼 때, 우리나라 신도시의 주기는 30년 정도를 전후로 해서 볼 수 있따 왜냐하면 신도시의 정주공간의 대부분이 아파트로 구성되어 있는 점에서 아파트의 수명, 즉 재건축시기와 같은 주기로 볼 수 있기 때문이다 외국의 事例와 비교해 볼 때 우리나라 신도시의 주기는 지나치게 짧으며 이는 기존도시의 문제를 해결하기 위해 대안으로 제시된 신도시가 또 다른 신도시를 그 대안이 됨으로써 국토이용의 효율성은 물론 과밀화 되어있는 현재 수도권의 문제도 해결하지 못하고 있따

국문 초록
이 논문은 신도시주의 관점에서 분당신도시를 分析함으로써 인간적이고 살기 좋은 정주공간을 찾고자 하는데 그 목적이 있따 설문지 조사를 통하여 기존의 연구에서 나타난 통계資料의 추세alteration(변화) 를 파악하고 분당신도시의 reality(실태) 를 파악하여 신도시주의의 두 가지 수단적 방법론인 대중교통지향개발방식과 근린지구 형성방식을 적용하여 분당신도시를 分析한다.

1. 연구목적
